The detail research content as below:Firstly, read and analyze the domestic and foreign literature, sorting out the research on supply chain bottleneck, especially the application fields and application situation about the bottleneck research of production system, the main method of identification and research, theories and tools, meanwhile, a more in-depth understanding of the existing research situation, lay the foundation of the below definition and assumption.Secondly, this article present a basic point about research supply chain management when research the supply chain bottleneck definition and theory, that is when enterprises process the supply chain bottleneck, should be connected with the target of enterprises survival and development, and redefine the supply chain bottleneck and the identify principles of supply chain bottleneck based on this point. Through this to achieve every business goals, to match the realistic situation of each enterprise, so that it can improve the usability of the studies. Thirdly, through reading and analyzing related literature from home and abroad, know about the ways for most of scholars about supply chain bottleneck identification as follow: First, according to different features in production process, using different kind of ways; Second, simulation method; At last, mathematical modeling method. This article, through analyzing the advantage and disadvantage of existing supply chain bottleneck identification methods, also considering the actual condition and environment when enterprises apply the theoretical knowledge, present a new idea about supply chain bottleneck identification, which is from customers’point of view to consider the influence of supply chain bottleneck to enterprises supply chain management performance, thereby, improve the existing supply chain management research field, especially in the supply chain bottleneck identification research field.Fourthly, base on the Identify idea that described above, the identification principle is defined and described, the identify models of supply chain bottleneck base on punish cost is constructed by using mathematical methods, including response time bottlenecks model, product quality bottlenecks model and the mix bottlenecks model.Fifthly, verify the models with the practical calculation example and analytic the result of the verification.Through research, in supply chain management especially in supply chain bottleneck management, combining enterprise survival and development goals can better reflect the actual needs of enterprises.
