Research On The Cause Mechanism And Monitoring Of Production Logistics Bottleneck In Manufacturing Workshop

With the deepening of global economic integration,the rapid changes in market competition,and the individualized pursuit of customer demand for products,the challenges and impacts of enterprises are becoming more and more severe.How to seize the market and maintain core competitiveness in this environment is the key to enterprise development.Logistics is the third profit source of enterprises.Pursuing the balance of logistics has become a new way for companies to pursue profits.Production logistics is the core of enterprise logistics,its balance directly affects the balance of the logistics system,so how to ensure the balance of production logistics becomes crucial.The bottleneck is the weakest link of production logistics which is also the key to balancing production logistics.And the dynamics of the bottleneck has increased the complexity of the bottleneck research.So this paper studies the dynamic bottleneck of production logistics.Firstly,the paper analyzes the formation process of production logistics bottlenecks from the macro level.Then,the factors that may cause the bottleneck of production logistics are analyzed and classified.Aiming at the influencing factors of bottleneck formation,a method of determining the primary and secondary causes of bottlenecks with the maximum deviation method is proposed.The example shows that the method can provide guidance for the control of bottleneck causes of production logistics.Secondly,the relationship between bottlenecks causes and formation mechanisms is analyzed in detail.Based on the bottleneck formation process,the formation mechanism of production logistics dynamic bottlenecks are described in detail,and three types of formation mechanism are obtained: error-type bottleneck formation mechanism,factors burst-type bottleneck formation mechanism and comprehensive bottleneck formation mechanism.Finally,from different perspectives,the formation mechanism models of the production logistics bottleneck for each type are studied with different methods.Then,the dynamic bottleneck monitoring of production logistics is studied.On the basis of the research on the cause and mechanism of bottleneck in product logistics,the influence of capacity load,product quality and waiting time of manufacturing unit on bottleneck degree is comprehensively considered based on the relevant data of input,production and output stages of product manufacturing process,a mathematical model of bottleneck index is established.The concept of instantaneous bottleneck is proposed and a dynamic monitoring model of instantaneous bottleneck based on bottleneck index is established.The example analysis shows that the method is feasible and can provide a method basis for bottleneck in-process control.Finally,base on the bottleneck monitoring method and process,a prototype development system is designed to provide a convenience for bottleneck dynamic monitoring.
