In recent years,with the increasingly serious global economic situation,the competition of enterprises in the labor force and resources is more and more fierce,and more and more enterprises are transforming into a low-cost,highly effective,high quality and environmental lean development model with technological progress,innovative management.Due to the low-investment and effective characteristics of optimization of production lines,it has become a main method for manufacturing enterprises to transform.As a current transformer manufacturing enterprise,A company is in the intermediate link of industry chain,which is not only under the double pressure of upstream cost and downstream price,but also in the face of issues such as slow market reaction,long production phase,delayed delivery and so on.Therefore,it is very urgent for A company to optimize production lines,improve production efficiency of product lines,satisfy customers’ needs on time and quantity and improve corporate profits at the present stage.In this paper,the research object is the production line of LB7-220 type current transformer in A company.The existing issues of the production line at the present stage are found out and improvement thoughts are cleared by collecting current data of the production line,drawing current value stream map and utilizing value flow theory to analyze the current status.And the traditional industrial engineering method and genetic algorithm are utilized to design improvement plan,and the optimization of plan is verified through simulation software.First,the logistics and non-logistics relations in all working procedures are carried out weighted calculation through SLP method,and the layout of manufacturing shop is redesigned according to obtained comprehensive correlation and areal data;second,the wastes existing in production process are recognized by virtue of flow process analysis,and the working procedures are optimized through ECRSI principle,5W1 H questioning technology and concept of automatic production;on this basis,the genetic algorithm is utilized to reset and balance the working procedures after optimization to obtain the best amount of working position and production balancing rate;finally,the current status and optimal production plans are carried out analogue simulation through Flexsim simulation to compare,analyze and verify the optimization of improved plans.Through optimization and improvement,the current transformer production line of A company has improved the productivity of the production line,improved customers’ satisfaction significantly while ensuring the in-time delivery.Moreover,the logistics distance of production line has been reduced,which has saved human resource cost,effectively avoided the mixed flow of products and parts on the way of burdening.In addition,the production management system has been perfected,the working enthusiasm of employees has been improved and good humane atmosphere has been shaped.This paper’s research of current transformer production line sets up a reform model and provides reference value for other current transformer manufacturing enterprises,and has some theoretical guidance for the optimization of the production lines of the entire current transformer production industry.This article has 36 pictures,29 tables,and 41 references.
