In order to obtain the greater voice in international standard setting and competitiveness of "made in China" in the global market,the Chinese government actively responding to the trend of global industrial upgrading,the development strategy of "made in China 2025" is proposed.In order to make technical talents meet the requirements of China made 2025,the quality of products can stand the test of users.Facing the era of knowledge economy and the environment where challenges and opportunities coexist,enterprises have put forward higher requirements for human resources development and training,Human resources will become an important part of enterprise strategy.The quality of human resources is related to the development of enterprises while the quality of staff training plays a key role.With the increasing specialization and diversity of staff training,training activities have increasingly been integrated into every aspect of the enterprise.Domestic enterprises pay more and more attention to this workload.Through half a year's internship experience in an enterprise,the author participated in a series of work of DEYUAN company's staff training.With the help of company leaders and colleagues of human resources management department,together with actual investigation inside the company,the author combined with the related theory of human resources and deeply analyzed DEYUAN company's staff training effectiveness system.Taking DEYUAN enterprises in Wenzhou,Zhejiang province as the research object,after systematic optimization and research,this paper proposed methods to improve the training effect of DEYUAN staff,to make the staff training work more scientific,standardized and efficient through questionnaires,data analysis,interviews,literature etc.By analyzing the training effect of DEYUAN company,the training effect of the company is not satisfactory.Training is ineffective,relatively simple.Training supervision and feedback are not in time.What's more,the problems also included lack of training curriculum system and the enthusiasm to participate in training as well as lack of professionalism in training teachers.Aiming at these problems,according to the requirements of the company's strategic objectives,this paper provided basic idea which mainly includes the training of teaching staff,design of training course content,training implementation effect evaluation and feedback for staff training system,to improve company's staff training effect and to help Wenzhou DEYUAN company develop good staff and promote development.
