Research On The Improvement Of Employee Training System Of Star Horse Company

Talent is the core power of enterprise development, is the key enterprises remain invincible; training is important to the cultivation of talents, is the source of power to keep the enterprise's competitive advantage. Improving the conversion rate of the training results, establishing the impactful an d sc ien tific tr an ing sy s tem, pro mo ting the maximization of training effectiveness, has become one of the urgent need to address the issue of enterprises.This paper is to review the literature under the premise, through the analysis of the operating status of star horse company, focus on the analysis of the existing training system, analyzes the problems in training and the insufficiency, and to establish scientific and effective training system, puts forward the implementing scheme for training system improvement and optimization.
