Since China proposed the "one belt and one way" initiative 6 years,the State Council and various departments have promulgated a series of policies to interpret the guiding plan and policy of the "one belt and one way" strategy.Relevant countries have also launched different directions of policy planning combined with the strategy of "one belt and one road".Rules for implementation.In this regard,our enterprises should fully grasp the historical opportunities of "one belt and one road",and formulate strategic plans that meet the needs of their own development combined with the policy plans promulgated at home and abroad.Under the new normal economic situation,China's high-end manufacturing industry to go out and expand the international market,can absorb manufacturing overproduction,alleviate the downward pressure of economic development.This paper chooses ZCSF company,its rail transportation industry is the representative industry of China's high-end manufacturing industry,and ZCSF company as a benchmark enterprise in the industry,it is of practical significance and theoretical significance to study the strategy of ZCSF company's international market development along the "one belt and one road" international market.China's rail transit needs all-round and multi-faceted support from the government and enterprises to develop the international market.On the premise of introducing the background and significance of the study,this article makes a detailed exposition of the internationalization,the developing countries and the region.Based on this,this paper summarizes and analyses the development,transformation,development status and international development status of ZCSF,and analyses the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of ZCSF in the international market through SWOT theory.Then,based on the characteristics of the countries along the "one belt and one road",we divide the international market and select the target market,and formulate the strategic plan from four aspects: product,price,channel and technology.Finally,according to the characteristics of the target market,the implementation and control scheme of ZCSF company's international market development strategy is put forward.Through the above-mentioned market development strategy to speed up the high-speed railway marketing project "going out" pace,to form an international brand.
