Research On The Quality Of Economic Development Of Countries Along The "One Belt And One Road"

For us humans,we are not only pursuing economic growth,but more importantly,pursuing economic development.Economic growth is the foundation of economic development,and economic development is the guarantee of economic growth.As far as economic development is concerned,improving the quality of economic development isthe essential requirement of the“Belt and Road”and the common goal pursued by all countries in the world.Since 2013,we have adhered to the principle of mutual cooperation,co-construction and sharing.In order to achieve a win-win goal,we will gradually increase cooperation with countries along the route.The“One Belt,One Road”construction has gradually transformed from concept to action and gradually entered the stage of full implementation.China has entered the stage of high-quality economic development,and the“Belt and Road”is a major concept for China to strengthen economic cooperation with countries around the world.Therefore,the quality of “One Belt,One Road”construction is an important part of China’s high-quality development.Fully aware of the economic development quality of countries along the“Belt and Road”will help to know ourselves and better,and to better improve the quality of the“Belt and Road”construction.Therefore,this paper uses the data of 74 countries along the route from 2003 to 2017 to establish an evaluation index system consisting of 7 dimensions consisting of 20 indicators.Through the evaluation of the economic quality of countries along the “Belt and Road”,this paper makes an objective and accurate evaluation to understand the strength of economic development and the level of economic development of each country;what are the basic conditions for economic development of various countries,and clarify the potential of countries? Advantages to promote the quality of cooperation between countries along the line.The research results show that the quality of national economic development actively participating in the “Belt and Road” has been significantly improved,indicating that the Belt and Road Initiative will help to improve the quality of economic development along the line.From the intra-regional level: First,Central Asia has become an economic depression in the Asian region along the route.Second,Central and Eastern Europe is a potential growth point in the European region along the route.Third,the quality of economic development in theAfrican region along the route is low and there are many bottlenecks in development.Fourth,North American economic development leads the Americas Oceania region.Based on this,we first think about other countries: the energy-dependent countriesdevelop new development models;accelerate industrial transformation and upgrading;strengthen ecological protection;adhere to open development strategies;prevent financial risks;improve people’s quality of life;Cooperation.We will improve bilateral and multilateral cooperation mechanisms;jointly build overseas industrial gathering areas to promote the establishment of local industrial systems;build the Belt and Road Initiative into a road of innovation;and create a new pattern of all-round opening up with linkage between land and sea and the opening up of the East and West in both directions.Carry out extensive cooperation in education,science and technology,culture,tourism,health,environmental protection and other fields to benefit the local people,strengthen cooperation in energy resources and increase the conversion rate of on-site processing;It is necessary to attach great importance to overseas risk prevention,improve the safety risk prevention system,and comprehensively improve the overseas safety guarantee and ability to deal with risks.
