Research On The Interactive Relationship Between The Development Of Commercial Circulation Industry And Urbanization

Since the reform and opening up,China's urbanization level has continued to improve,which has effectively promoted the sustainable development of the national economy,but the problems of regional development are not coordinated.As the main engine of the national economy,the commerce and trade circulation industry still has shortcomings such as low level of modernization.Therefore,studying the interactive relationship between the commerce and trade circulation industry and urbanization has great practical significance for exerting the potential of the commerce and trade circulation industry and promoting the long-term health promotion of the urbanization of the country.In this paper,the interaction mechanism between the two is qualitatively analyzed based on the theory of Northam curve and the first-Clark theorem.On the one hand,the development of urbanization can provide industrial factors and development environment for the commerce and trade circulation industry;the commerce and trade circulation industry can also directly or indirectly Promote the development of urbanization.On the other hand,the commerce and trade circulation industry has unreasonable resource allocation and uneven development.In addition,the extensive urbanization and weak supporting facilities in underdeveloped areas make the two restrict each other in the development process.Based on the panel data of 31 province-level administrative regions in China from 2004 to 2017,this paper uses the panel vector autoregressive method to empirically analyze the three regions of the country,the eastern,central and western regions,and obtain the mutual interaction between the three regions through the impulse response function graph and variance decomposition.How it works and size.The results show that the two have an interactive relationship,but the different ways and sizes of different regions.Among them,the development of urbanization in the country and the eastern and central regions can promote the commerce and trade circulation industry,while the west is the opposite.The trade circulation industry in the whole country and the eastern region restricts the urbanization process,while the central and western regions are opposite.In general,in the interaction between commerce and trade circulation and urbanization,the latter has a greater impact on the former.The Granger causality test proves that there is a causal relationship between the commerce and trade circulation industry and urbanization statistics.In response to the above conclusions,the domestic government needs to take into account the speed and quality in the process of urbanization,continue to increase investment in urbanization in the west,improve the commerce and trade distribution facilities,improve the organization of commerce and trade circulation,establish a small town with commercial circulation and promote Trade,circulation and urbanization innovation,coordination and intensive development.
