Capacitors,inductors and resistors are called the three passive electronic components.Capacitors can filter,couple,insulate dc and store energy in the circuit,so they are widely used in various fields of electronics,electrical appliances and information industry.Especially after the localization of color TV sets,China's capacitor industry has been growing rapidly,making positive contributions to national economic development and national defense modernization.With the continuous development of information technology and electronic equipment,the demand for capacitors will be released steadily and the future prospect can be expected.This paper takes the domestic capacitor enterprise WL company as the research object.The company is a collectively-owned private enterprises into the listed enterprises.After nearly 50 years of development,the company's total assets have reached 3.5 billion yuan.The company's products are widely used in color TV,computer,frequency conversion air conditioning,lighting electronics,communication equipment,industrial control system,automotive electronics,aviation,military industry,has become the largest domestic,the world's 7th ranking capacitor professional manufacturers.However,at present,WL company is faced with the dilemma of gradually declining profitability of traditional capacitor products,and the urgent need to improve the technical capacity and technological level of new capacitor products.In the strategy formulation stage,the external environment such as the political and legal environment,economic environment,cultural environment and technological development trend faced by the capacitor industry were systematically elaborated,and the market environment,industry environment and competitors were analyzed to identify the key success factors and opportunities and potential threats faced by the industry.Then,through the analysis of the development history,resources and capabilities of WL company,the core expertise,advantages and disadvantages of WL company are identified.Then used the SWOT analysis to establish the WL company facing the problem solving of alternatives,combined with the company development trend analysis to determine the long-term strategic development direction and the strategic target,traditional capacitor complete product line of low into the competitive strategy and product line of new condenser high differences focus on the choice of competitive strategy,competitive strategy and develop the corresponding specific content.In the strategy implementation stage,the medium and long term strategic objectives are decomposed into annual business objectives and annual objectives in various functional areas,and corresponding action plans and guarantee schemes are formulated to ensure the effective implementation of the strategy.Through the research on the competitive strategy of WL company,we can find the appropriate competitive strategy and solution to solve the problems faced by WL company and get out of the predicament,effectively guide the sustainable and stable development of WL company,and provide reference for the development strategy mode of other capacitor companies in China.
