Research On The Development Strategy Of W Modern Agricultural Industrial Park

Nowadays,the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward the strategy of "revitalizing the countryside" and the rural development is accumulating.In the 2018 Central Rural Work Conference and the "2018 Government Work Report",it is required to implement the new development concept,implement the requirements of high-quality development,accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,and build a modern agricultural industrial cluster where modern production factors are gathered,and promote one or two Industrial integration and development.This research is for A company to invest in the construction of W Modern Agricultural Industrial Park in Y County.As an important platform for regional industrial development,Industrial Park has unique advantages in undertaking industrial transfer and attracting investment,and it is also an important way to realize new industrialization.It is of great significance to promote regional economic growth and enhance comprehensive strength and competitiveness.The construction of Company A’s W Industrial Park on the one hand can effectively promote economic development,and the other side can expand the diversified layout of its own business.The construction of the park is both an opportunity and a challenge for Company A.In the face of opportunities and challenges,how to implement a development strategy that conforms to the development rules and regional characteristics of W modern agricultural industrial parks and improve the competitiveness of the park is a new topic that needs to be considered by both A and Y.Based on strategic theory,this paper uses a variety of strategic analysis tools,qualitative and quantitative analysis,scientifically analyzes the internal and external environment of the industrial park,determines the key elements of the W industrial park strategy,builds a hierarchical strategic element matrix and calculates the weight of each strategic element combination.The strategy adopted by W Modern Agricultural Industrial Park was determined.Combined with the reality of the development of W modern industrial park,the proposal for the construction of industrial park construction and development strategy was put forward,and it was able to play a certain reference role in the development strategy of W modern agricultural industrial park.
