Research On The Industrial Integration Development Of Modern Agriculture Park In Shengshui Lake,Yongchuan District

In recent years,‘industrial convergence' has been appeared in agriculture along with the concept being accepted by various industries.It is obvious that development of regional economy and germination of new industry because of industrial convergence which is effective in primary,secondary and tertiary industry in rural area.The document has urged efforts on the task of agriculture,rural areas and rural people since 2004,in which speeding up the providing the innovation-driven development of the agriculture and rural areas as well as encouraging industries capable of increasing rural people's income.The Fourteenth Five-year Plan of national economy is about to open.It is vital for the development of agriculture and key for'three demonstration agricultural China to promote support-side structure reform and achieve the strategy for rural revitalization at present.Industrial convergence in rural areas,building agriculture demonstration zone,agriculture industry-chain development and multiple interests joining will be improved by industrial convergence in rural areas.It is positive for the regional economy development,improvement of rural areas environment,function expansion in rural areas and increasing income of peasantsThe best way to solve this problem is to integrate resource in agriculture industrial parks and employ pattern of intensification development.In the era of development at top speed in agriculture industrial parks in China,the common opportunity for most of rural areas is agriculture industrial convergence.Various elements collected in modern agriculture park,changes and development of each industry has been influenced by the policy,resource,science and technology.A new path of industrial convergence should have been explored,which is good for resources integration,improvement efficiency and economic developmentIt is the typical case of industrial convergence in the primary,secondary and tertiary industries in surrounding cities that the convergence of modern agricultural demonstration zone of Shengshui Lake in Yongchuan,Chongqing is explored as well as regional development by reasonable planning,which is boosted by the supply side reform in rural areas in China and development of national and municipal agriculture industrial parks in Chongqing.However,it is a step for the hilly areas in the west because of convergence development of modern agriculture demonstration zone in Shengshui Lake zone,which is gap compared with rural areas in developed countries.Therefore,it is vital for the park to clarify the current situation and path,to find out deficiency,to analyze the power and direction development.In the paper,modern agriculture demonstration zone of Shengshui Lake,in Yongchuan,Chongqing,has been discussed from the perspective of industrial convergence,and the concepts of modern agriculture,agriculture industry parks industrial convergence has been clarified.The development condition of modern agriculture demonstration zone of Shengshui Lake,general situation and moment are analyzed on the basis of theories of industrial cluster and industrial convergence.Therefore,general situation of demonstration zone development,current situation and efficiency are analyzed.Some suggestions are made through the analysis of the background,targets,building emphasis and main methods as case of Culture-leisure park in Shengshui Lake Park.Development strategies are put forward by summarizing the disadvantages of industrial convergence in modern agriculture demonstration zone of Shengshui Lake.These strategies includes:rationality of industrial plan,specific task of industrial convergence,improvement of convergence degree of primary,secondary and tertiary industry,innovation of in operation system,profit mechanism in multidimensional development and creativity in marketing.Bases for theory and practice in the development of modern agriculture demonstration zone in Shengshui Lake will be provided in this paper.Meanwhile,neighboring areas will be benefited from the useful lessons of the Shengshui Lake.
