China's laundry industry has a huge stock market and rapid growth.The demand for washing equipment is increasing year by year,and the development projects of washing equipment are increasing.Based on the research background of the project management of washing equipment development included by China Laundry Association,combines the mature risk management theory and the important practice experience,analyzes the key risk factors and their hierarchical relationship through qualitative and quantitative methods,and studies the key influencing factors of the risk management.On the basis of literature theory research and actual project investigation,through collecting,collating and studying the theoretical results of project risk management,the research on the theory of PMBOK risk management This research is explores the three issues in the risk factors of the laundry equipment development project based on the grounded theory.A.What risk factors does laundry equipment development project face? B.What are the most important 10 risk factors(TOP10)? C.What is the structural relationship of the top 10 risk factors?Firstly,based on the Grounded Theory,take three laundry equipment development projects as a sample,collect data through the questionnaire,using the grounded theory method to analyze the data and theoretical construction.A total of 30 kinds of risk factors were identified,and the risk factors model of the laundry equipment development project was constructed by the project management,technology management and resource management.Secondly,the use of Analytic Hierarchy Process method to identify the risk factors index system to calculate the weight of each risk factor and the importance of sorting,select the three risk factors in the top ten key risk factors.Then,the Interpretative Structural Model is used to analyze the structural relationship between the top ten key risk factors,and to construct a model of the risk factors of the laundry equipment development project,project manager lack of project management knowledge which is located at the bottom of the model is the root risk factor.The relationship of key risk factors of laundry equipment development project in China is clearly shown through the model,and the measures of risk responses are put forward.Through the use of Grounded Theory,Analytic Hierarchy Process,Interpretative Structural Model method,the three research methods are interlinked,which ensures the science and coherence of the research and the accuracy of the research results.The combination of novel research methods for risk management of washing equipment provides scientific theoretical basis for risk management practitioners of washing equipment development projects and risk management guidelines for similar development projects.In a word,this paper studies the key factors of risk management based on PMBOK,and constructs ten key risk factors interpretation structure model and analyses it.It is hoped that through this research,it can improve the risk management ability of personnel engaged in management of risk management of washing equipment development projects,and provide some practical suggestions and Enlightenment to the related fields.
