Research On The Spatial Pattern Evolution And The Influencing Factors Of The County Economy In Shandong Peninsula Urban Agglomeration

The high-quality development of the county economy can not only be the key to achieving rural rejuvenation and accelerating the process of new urbanization,but an important guarantee for the green development and winning the battle against poverty.In addition,it is also a significant part of achieving high-quality regional economic development.However,the economic development between counties can be closely interconnected,rather than being the isolated state.A good economic spatial pattern can be greatly conducive to promoting the development of county economy.Therefore,the research on the spatial structure characteristics,and the influencing degree of related factors can be very beneficial to the high-quality development of the county economy.Based on the county economic development in the new era,and taking the county area of the Shandong peninsula urban agglomeration as the scope,this paper adopts theories of regional economics and spatial economics,mainly including the theory of growth poles,the "core-periphery" theory,the theories of unbalanced development and the cyclical accumulation,to effectively provide the corresponding theoretical support and practical experience guidance for the development of the county economy in the Shandong peninsula urban agglomeration through drawing on the country economic development in foreign developed countries,and actively combining with the development status and advantages in Shandong.The ESDA spatial analysis method and mathematical statistics method can effectively help analyze the spatial pattern characteristics of the counties in Shandong peninsula urban agglomeration.Firstly,the standard deviation ellipse method can analyze the evolution of counties in the Shandong peninsula urban agglomeration,concluding that the center of the county economy moves to the southeast at anaverage speed of 0.685 km / year accompanying by the enhanced polarization effect.And from the perspective of the corner,the county economy actually represents the northeast-southwest trend and also its strengthened economic spatial pattern.Secondly,the global spatial auto-correlation analysis can help conclude that the global Moran'I index represents the changing downward trend.The local spatial auto-correlation analysis concludes that the decreased number of H-H(high-high type)counties,but the increased number of L-H(low-high type)and H-L(high-low type)counties.Based on the analysis of cold and hot spots,the hot-spot counties have gathered Dongying and Weihai,and the corresponding economic hotspots have gradually expanded from resource cities to the eastern coastal areas,while the cold spots are relatively stable and mainly distributed in the central Weifang area.Thus,according to the spatial pattern evolution of the county economy,it can be concluded the following evolution characteristics in Shandong peninsula urban agglomeration.Firstly,the county economy would mainly move to the southeast.Secondly,the county economic spatial heterogeneity feature has increased.Thirdly,The difference of spatial pattern tends to optimize the trend on the whole.Based on the estimation of the spatial econometric model,the market vitality,governmental support,social investment and industrialization level can have a positive effect on the spatial pattern of the county economy in the Shandong peninsula urban agglomeration,but the levels of industrial structure and foreign economy show a suppressing effect,and those six factors are all significant at the 1% level.On this basis,this paper mainly puts forward the following countermeasures based on the empirical results,including maintaining the advantages of economic development in coastal counties and accelerate economic development in central counties,developing characteristic leading industries and improving the level of industrial structure,accelerating the development of new urbanization,enhancing the vitality of the market economy,and strengthening the private economy.In addition,it is also necessary to constantly build the regional superior brands through deepening opening up and speeding up technological innovation,give play to governmental functions to build the "hard power" and "soft power" in countries,expand social financing channels,increase social investment and optimize the related investment structure,as well as accelerate the development of new industrialization and promote the upgrading of manufacturing.
