Tax service satisfaction is an indicator to evaluate the quality of tax service as well as an important content of measuring the operation of the taxation service system of tax bureau.In recent years,as the frontier of reform and opening up,Shenzhen Tax Service has launched a series of measures such as “Building a quiet tax service hall”,transforming the mode of tax collection and administration,implementing the reforms to streamline administration,delegate powers,improve regulation and services,and delaying the service time at noon.As a result,the quality of tax service has been continuously improved,and the effectiveness of the measures has been remarkable.However,with the introduction of policies such as Developing Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and supporting Shenzhen in building a demonstration pilot zone for socialism with Chinese characteristics,Shenzhen special economic zone as the window of reform and opening,once again received a new mission.The Shenzhen Tax Service is at a critical historical moment,and new historical opportunities call for new demands on existing tax service levels.Based on the new public management theory,tax compliance and customer satisfaction theory,this paper builds a tax service satisfaction model by means of literature analysis,empirical study,and questionnaire.Taking taxpayers of Shenzhen A District Tax Service as research objects,this paper gets 267 valid questionnaires in total.Through data testing and analyzing of satisfaction survey results,this paper finds out the problems on the satisfaction of tax service in Area A.By means of in-depth study on the current problems of Shenzhen District A Tax Service,conclusions were drew as follows: in order to further optimize tax service,tax bereau need to strengthen system construction,improve service quality,improve the tax environment,do a good job in publicity and counseling,strengthen service awareness and perfect supporting systems.
