Study On Tax Service Optimization Of Jianshan District Taxation Bureau Of Shuangyashan City

Tax revenue is an important basis for national fiscal revenue and governance.Tax authorities always adhere to the concept of collecting money for the country and collecting taxes for the people.Building service-oriented tax authorities is an inevitable requirement and objective law of social development An important task,the current tax system has been basically completed the proposed the reform of the system,the tax service quality effectively promoted,however in recent years a variety of new tax authorities for tax service work put forward the serious challenge,in this context how tax authorities at the grass-roots level in the new situation,optimize the tax the existing problems,to solve the tax authority service ability The relationship between the demand of taxpayers and taxpayers has become the focus of attention of taxpayers and payers.On the basis of summarizing the existing research results of tax service,this paper studies the optimization of tax service of Jianshan District Taxation Bureau.First of all,the domestic and foreign literatures about tax service are sorted out and analyzed,and the related concepts of tax service are defined.Secondly,this paper expounds the basic situation of Jianshan District Taxation Bureau and the present situation of tax service,establishes the evaluation index system of tax service of Jianshan District Taxation Bureau by using the analytic hierarchy process,and constructs the taxpayer satisfaction questionnaire of Jianshan District Taxation Bureau according to the evaluation index system,statistically analyzes the results of the questionnaire,and interviews the tax service staff of Jianshan District Taxation Bureau by means of interviews.Finally,Combining the interview results with the investigation and evaluation results,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the tax service process of Jianshan District Tax Bureau,such as complicated business process,low staff quality and poor information application effect,designs the tax service optimization scheme of Jianshan District Tax Bureau,gives the optimization scheme to solve the existing problems from three aspects of system optimization,team optimization and platform use optimization,and puts forward the guarantee measures for the smooth implementation of the scheme from four aspects of organizational culture,system,capital and technology.
