It has been 30 years since the construction of the first expressway on the land of China,known as the first road in Shenzhou.In the past 30 years,China's high-speed has achieved leap-forward growth,and China has become the country with the longest mileage in the world.Since the reform and opening up,with the rapid development of the national economy,the number of vehicles has increased sharply,and the traffic volume of highways has increased rapidly,which has brought tremendous pressure on the service capacity of the highway service window.How to improve the service level under the existing conditions And the efficiency and level of traffic,echoing the general trend of the state to cancel the provincial toll stations to improve the efficiency of traffic,is the current problem of the entire highway system.The paper integrates the relevant theoretical research results of the high-speed service window and the vehicle flow data collected through field investigation and summarizes the growth trend of our country's vehicles in recent years.This paper summarizes the general trend of highway construction and development in our country and related areas,and makes a survey to the relevant departments and enterprises in the first line of expressway.Gained a lot of valuable real data,and through their own experience,experience to discover the current highway service window congestion reasons and the shortcomings of the settings.Then various methods are used to analyze and process the collected data such as vehicle flow,service window and so on.Based on the queuing theory,the vehicle flow is established.The relevant parameters of vehicle queuing model are obtained by the method of data fitting,and the prediction of future traffic flow of expressway is carried out according to the corresponding parameters of the fitted queuing model,which proves the correctness of the method used by itself.At the same time,this paper analyzes the whole process of the vehiclepayment service in the service window and the service situation of the toll window personnel.Combined with the actual situation of the service window personnel deployment in the expressway,the model of the toll window is established by using the knowledge of queuing theory.Combined with the established model,an experimental analysis of service window personnel scheduling and vehicle waiting time in front of the service window is carried out to highlight how to configure the service window so that the vehicle and the driver can be configured.The waiting time is the shortest and the staffing is more reasonable.Furthermore,it is proved that the study of this problem is of great significance to solve the problem of high-speed congestion in real life.Finally,through the above work,combined with their own actual situation,the relevant highway operation department to provide future highway service window construction,personnel allocation and other work to provide theoretical support and suggestions.In order to use the passers-by to have a better travel experience,for the logistics transportation more convenient and faster,for the national highway cause more long-term benign development to play a small role.
