With the advent of globalization,the overall characteristics of the development of modern economy are considered to be knowledge intensive,which has become increasingly evident in the manufacturing sector.Most of the manufacturing enterprises in China have a large number of workers,the growth of labor costs already became a big problem for them.How to use the new technology to improve the productivity,while improving the quality of enterprise employees has become the most important problem faced by enterprises.More and more manufacturing oriented enterprises realize that in order to be in a competitive advantage in the industry,the management of internal knowledge and the cultivation of talents have become key focus.This paper expounds the background,significance and related methods and ideas of the research firstly.Then through to research the knowledge management,learning organization and enterprise university theories,the foundation for the follow-up work has been found.From the beginning of the third chapter,the paper analysis YD group's existing training and development system and knowledge management system,then identify the current problems and challenges faced by the group.In the fourth chapter,it analyzes the learning platform's goals and principles,then finds the core demands for new curriculum system and knowledge management system.Through the design of the construction process planning,classification of the functional modules,design of structure of new curriculum system and knowledge base,they point the method for building new learning platform.After elaborated the platform technology and tools choice,building and testing,the fifth chapter gives some suggestions and ideas for the operation of the new YD group knowledge management platform,hoping to provide some reference for the enterprise.At the end of the article,the paper summarizes and prospects the research process by pointing out the deficiency and the research direction of the following research.The establishment of the platform provide an effective knowledge transfer mechanism for enterprise,solve the problem about lacking of a unified enterprise knowledge management platform,and enhance the overall level of YD group staff training and development system.
