Knowledge Management Research In The Process Of Civil Aircraft Type Certification

Knowledge is an intangible asset.As human society entered the era of knowledge economy,Position of knowledge in the enterprise is more and more important,and gradually become the core and the most valuable resource.Knowledge management through developing resource of knowledge and effective using that improve enterprise capability of innovation,thereby enhancing the ability of enterprises to create value.Structure of civil aircraft is very complex,more difficulties of technical,complicated the manufacturing process,a lots of influencing factors,long development cycle,costly,complex project management,it is a typical complex products.Type Certification is an important part of the civil aircraft development process and is the prerequisite for commercial success.Implementation of knowledge management in civil aircraft airworthiness management,knowledge management integration,that will optimize the model of existing civil aircraft R&D and workflow on a certain level,so that the development of technology and the ability of civil aircraft Type Certification has been significantly improved.This dissertation studies that process of knowledge management applications of civil aircraft airworthiness certification.By introducing the meaning and status of civil aircraft Type Certification process,analysis of the current necessity of civil aircraft Type Certification knowledge management research and problems,and Type Certification process for knowledge management applications to explore,the use of project management WBS technology,classifying the knowledge,coding and modular basis,establish the architecture of Type certification process based on knowledge management,using the platform of information technology on this basis,proposing specific solutions of implementing knowledge management system.This article studies the knowledge management system of civil aircraft Type Certification process,to achieve the existence of knowledge,the purpose of use,and promote Type Certification and project development work,provide reference for other domestic aviation manufacturing enterprise knowledge management.
