This article selects liangshan yi autonomous prefecture,aba Tibetan and qiang autonomous prefecture,and ganzi Tibetan autonomous prefecture(hereinafter referred to as three states)as the research area,because of its lack of economic opportunity,complicated geological conditions and the ecological environment is relatively weak,and the minority population distribution in populated areas,local poverty problems have been paid close attention to by the party and the state.It is particularly important to achieve coordinated regional development and solve the problem of rural households’ poverty alleviation under the background of achieving a moderately prosperous society in all respects in 2020.The livelihood of farmers is related to the development of the entire rural economy,which includes the survival ability of farmers,the capital they have and the livelihood strategy they choose in their environment.The stock of livelihood capital directly determines whether farmers are poor or not,so it is of great practical significance to the research on farmers’ livelihood capital.In this paper,the tri-state area farmers livelihood capital level measurement and evaluation on the basis of the utilization of data for farmers livelihood capital to analyze the space-time characteristics,study the time evolution law and space distribution characteristics of all kinds of capital,a dynamic model to join the relevant control variables panel model to explore the factors affecting the farmers livelihood capital.First using the entropy value method to farmers livelihood capital during 2010-2015 and the different types of estimates and explore three states farmers livelihood capital in 2010-2015 time-series evolution law and the characteristics of spatial pattern of farmers livelihood capital levels found three states region overall change smaller,ganzi prefectures,relatively close to liangshan prefecture,and maintain a modest growth,aba in recent years in the first three states and stable;In terms of spatial characteristics,the livelihood capital level of farmers in the three prefectures has the effect of spatial agglomeration,and the distribution of their livelihood capital is affected by natural geographical conditions,transportation conditions,industrial development and surrounding areas.In addition,some types of livelihood capital also have the characteristics of path dependence.Finally,the livelihood strategy of farmers is taken as the main explanatory variable,and the systematic GMM model is selected to study the influencing factors on the livelihood capital of farmers in the three states.The altitude,slope and the proportion of minority population have negative influence on farmers’ livelihood capital level.In terms of policy recommendations put forward to strengthen migrant workers employment information platform construction and improve the regional financial system construction,three states attaches great importance to the ethnic minority population accounts for more regional policy optimization and local farmers interests,such as health and education and talent resources to give greater support,difficulty in infrastructure construction of area change of relocation policy,the fragile ecological environment area build livelihood capital dynamic evaluation model;In addition,based on the analysis of spatial distribution characteristics and spatial aggregation characteristics,this paper proposes to make customized policies for vulnerable capital in each county,optimize and combine related measures,and comprehensively and balanced improve the livelihood capital level of farmers in the three prefectures.
