Research On Process And Driving Factors Of Knowledge Complementarity About Industry-university-research Institute Based On Interaction Of "Ba"

Collaborative innovation of industry-university-research institute(IUR)is an important measure to promote scientific and technological progress and economic development.At the national level,it is conducive to optimizing resource allocation,upgrading the industrial structure,and comprehensively promoting the innovation-driven development strategy;at the organizational level of universities,enterprises and scientific research institutions,it is also an effective means to enhance the ability of independent innovation and strengthen competitive advantage.American management guru Peter Drucker pointed out that knowledge is not a manufacturing resource alongside land,capital and talent,but the only meaningful resource.The advantage of IUR Collaborative Innovation Alliance lies in the complementary resources.In the era of knowledge economy,knowledge as the core resource,the realization of the efficient complementarity of knowledge is the key to collaborative innovation of IUR.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to carry out research into knowledge complementation of industry,university and research institute.Based on theory of “Ba” and knowledge management theory,this paper explores the dynamic evolution process and driving factors of IUR knowledge complementation based on perspective from interaction of Ba.Firstly,the thesis defines the connotation of related concepts such as knowledge complementation of IUR,Ba and interaction of Ba,and proposes that interaction of Ba is the basic realization method of IUR knowledge complementation.Secondly,it analyzes the four basic elements and objectives of IUR knowledge complementation.Based on the dimension division of knowledge,a Ba interaction model of knowledge complementarity between industry,University and research institutes is established.Thirdly,with the help of self-organization theory and BS biological model system,the process of local knowledge complementarity and overall knowledge complementarity is depicted,and the process effect function of knowledge complementarity based on Ba interaction is constructed,proposing that the driving factor is the lifeblood of the knowledge complementarity between industry,University and research institute.Finally,based on the related research of scholars,the driving factors of the knowledge complementarity of IUR are extracted from the four respects: subject,object,media and situation.And then,the BP-DEMATEL model is constructed through 50 case samples to analyze the key driving factors and the relationship between factors.On this basis,this paper puts forward management suggestions to promote the knowledge complementarity of IUR.
