Industry-university-research collaborative innovation is an important mean to promote the deep integration of science and technology in the era of new technological revolution.It plays an extremely important role in improving the innovation ability and core competitiveness of the region and even the whole country.In recent years,China's industrial circles or academic circles have paid great attention to the industry-universityresearch collaborative innovation,and have achieved fruitful results in theoretical research and practical application.However,due to the constraints of subject heterogeneity,the problems of cultural inclusion and unity of objectives between industry,university and research institute have not been fundamentally solved,so that China's industry-university-research collaborative innovation has always been difficult to achieve.There are some widespread problems such as short-term cooperation,low-level cooperation and inefficient cooperation.Based on this,this paper introduces the homogenization complementation concept into the research of industry-universityresearch collaborative innovation.And then,the realization mechanism and path of industry-university-research collaborative innovation are studied,including the identifying of key heterogeneity barriers that restrict industry-university-research collaborative innovation,analyzing of homogenization solution mechanism of key heterogeneity barriers of industry-university-research collaborative innovation,and discussing of the dynamic evolution path of homogenization complementation of industry,university and research institute.Firstly,based on grounded theory,this paper screened the related literature of industry-university-research collaborative innovation retrieved from CNKI periodical database many times,made a systematic coding and analyzing of the screening results and extracted the categories affecting the industry-university-research collaborative innovation step by step.Finally,the hierarchical system of obstacle factors restricting industry-university-research collaborative innovation,consisting of industry-universityresearch heterogeneity obstacle,industry-university-research interaction process obstacle and external environment obstacle,was constructed.Then,the key heterogeneity barriers were identified and analyzed consisting of institutional heterogeneity barriers,cultural heterogeneity barriers and ability heterogeneity barriers by DEMATEL method.Above research provided a theoretical basis for exploring the homogenization complementation mechanism realizing industry-university-research collaborative innovation in the following chapters.Secondly,based on the key heterogeneity barriers restricting the industry-universityresearch collaborative innovation,this paper put forward the homogenization means to solve the key heterogeneity barriers,described the homogenization process by introducing the variant European distance formula.It analyzed the inverted U-shaped relationship between the synergy effect and homogenization through the multiplication effect of homogenization and complementation,and reached the effective scope of homogenization promoting the synergistic effect.Then,the homogenization mechanism to solve the key heterogeneity obstacles restricting the industry-university-research collaborative innovation was deeply analyzed,that is,to enhance the consistency of system,culture and ability level between industry,university and research institute by means of homogenization,and then to promote the system coordination,cultural compatibility and ability level matching between industry,university and research institute.The promotion of system coordination,cultural compatibility and competency level matching played an important role in improving the efficiency of knowledge sharing and transfer.Finally,based on the classical model of knowledge interaction process,this paper proposed a three-stage model of industry-university-research collaborative innovation process driven by homogenization,which included knowledge organization stage,knowledge fusion stage and knowledge proliferation stage.Among,knowledge organization stage mainly involved the identifying and screening of complementary knowledge sources and construction of knowledge complementation network,knowledge fusion stage mainly involved knowledge division and two-way sharing and transfer of knowledge,and knowledge proliferation stage mainly involved innovation,diffusion and absorption of knowledge.Then,through the construction of mathematical model,this paper described further the characteristics of the dynamic evolutionary path of homogenization complementation between industry,university and research institute,that is,with the evolution of industry-university-research collaborative innovation process,explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge are constantly expanding and increasing in mutual transformation,and the corresponding requirements for homogenization level were rising.
