Model Construction And Empirical Analysis On Ecological Mechanisms Of Industry-university Collaborative Innovation

With the economic globalization and the progress of science and technology,innovation has become the first driving force for economic development.Industry-University(I-U)collaborative innovation has been paid more attention by people.The third plenary session of the party's 18 th central committee proposed to further promote scientific and technological system reform,establish and improve the mechanism of cooperative innovation.Facing the changing environment and long-standing problems in I-U collaborative innovation activities,researches on innovation theory have needed to follow with the interaction between the system and the external environment while paying close attention to the internal factors of the system.I-U collaborative innovation requires synergy and accrete innovation elements.Therefore,exploring ecological mechanisms of I-U collaborative innovation on the base of innovation ecosystem theory plays an important significance in promoting the construction of national innovation ecosystem,implementing the strategy of innovation-driven development and improving the performance of collaborative innovation.On the basis of the theory of innovation ecosystem,this article defined the I-U collaborative innovation ecosystem and its ecological mechanisms by combining other researches.It described the dynamic evolutionary process of innovation elements and analyzed its influence factors.And,it constructed a model of ecological mechanisms of I-U collaborative innovation,explicated the relationship between the ecological mechanism and the performance of collaborative innovation with multiple regression analysis method.Results showed that these ecological mechanisms have an important role in promoting the evolution of the ecological system and improving the innovation performance.The innovation of this paper can be summarized as the following two aspects:(1)the model of ecological mechanisms of I-U collaborative innovation was constructed.The synergy mechanism between industry and university was studied from the viewpoint of innovation ecosystem,and it concluded the connotation and components of ecological mechanisms of I-U collaborative innovation,4 innovative ecological mechanisms was obtained,such as the ecological mechanism of innovation organization,the ecological mechanism of innovation resources,the ecological mechanism of innovation ability and the innovation environment.(2)Empirical analysis on the effects of the ecological mechanisms of I-U collaborative innovation on the performance of collaborative innovation.It used the questionnaire survey and field interviews to collect data and regressed the model of ecological mechanisms of I-U collaborative innovation,while empirical researches about mechanism and organization principle of innovation ecosystem are rarely seen in the existing literature.
