In order to increase market competitiveness,many companies have chosen to implement the overall processing of products through cooperation,and virtual companies should be born to meet the need.Small and medium-sized enterprises are relatively small and their own strength is relatively weak.They can improve competitiveness through the form of virtual enterprises.Virtual enterprises have three different forms of vertical integration,horizontal integration and hybrid integration according to the way of SMEs cooperate.Logistics,as the third source of profit for enterprises,is more significant in virtual enterprises,and production logistics is an important part of it,which cannot be ignored.This paper takes the production logistics of vertical integrated virtual enterprise as the research object,and through the analysis of the constituent elements,finds out the key factors affecting the production logistics system;and on this basis,the production logistics batch and path are analysised.Vertical integrated virtual enterprise composed of hydraulic system in the injection molding machine is used as an example.The methods used in the research are:mathematical modeling method,analytic hierarchy process,conservation method and Lingo solving method.First,The paper analyzes production logistics system of vertical integrated virtual enterprise.Then,the eight major elements of production logistics system are proposed.From different perspectives,it is divided into active elements and passive elements,it is also divided into fixed value elements and variable value elements.Finally,Networks reflecting Inter-relationship of components are analyzed to find out the most critical elements of the entire production logistics system—processing batch,transfer batch,single process,and processing rate.Second,the batches of production logistics system of vertical integrated virtual enterprise are optimized.When analyzing batch transfers between enterprises,the idea of transferring batches less than order batches is proposed.From the perspectives of time and cost,the optimal batches under fixed transfer batches and variable transfer batches are analyzed.It is concluded that adopting optimal transfer batches could shorten the time and save costs.Then,When analyzing batch transfer between processes within a company,a multi-objective function is constructed in terms of time,cost,and logistics balance.Lingo software is used to solve the mathematical model and a reasonable transfer batch is obtained.Finally,the path of production logistics system of vertical integrated virtual enterprise are optimized.Three modes of transportation of the virtual enterprise are point out,which are separate transportation and joint transportation and integrated transportation.The mathematical models are constructed separately for logistics route optimization.The Lingo precise algorithm are used to solve the mathematical model.The results show that the use of joint transportation or integrated transportation can reduce the number of vehicles,and a certain transportation cost can be saved by planning a reasonable transportation route.
