In recent years,with the continuous development of the economy,the growth rate of producer services has been increasing.Compared with other industries,producer services play an irreplaceable role in promoting economic development,and its position in promoting economic development is self-evident.The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that producer service industry is a technology-intensive industry,which plays a very important role in enhancing the competitiveness and added value of manufacturing industry,and is the pillar industry of China's real manufacturing industry.Scholars' research on the relationship between the two industries is increasing both in quantity and depth.On the whole,however,the geographic areas studied are relatively concentrated,mainly in coastal developed areas and BeijingTianjin-Hebei areas,and relatively few papers on Western areas.The State Council promulgated the “Development Plan of Hubao Yinyu Economic Zone(2012-2020)” in 2012.The development level of producer services and manufacturing industry in Hubao Yinyu Economic Zone has been greatly improved in recent years,but there is still a certain gap between its development level and the developed coastal areas.Based on the above background,in order to implement the development plan of Hubao Yinyu Economic Zone and promote the better and faster development of Hubao Yinyu Economic Zone,this paper first reviews the concept and relationship between producer services and manufacturing industry,then analyses the coupling mechanism of the two industries,and then calculates the coupling between producer services and manufacturing industry in Hubao Yinyu Economic Zone by using the coupling coordination degree model.Coordination degree and its coupling status are analyzed.Finally,spatial econometric model is used to dig out the influence mechanism of the two industries' coupling coordination degree.Finally,rationalization opinions and suggestions are put forward.The improvement of the coupling and coordination degree between the two industries is of great practical significance both in promoting the transformation of manufacturing industry to advanced manufacturing industry and in stimulating the economic development level of Hubao Yinyu Economic Zone.In the empirical study,this paper uses the coupling coordination model to calculate the coupling coordination level.The results show that the coupling coordination degree of the Hubao Yinyu Economic Zone has increased significantly from 2007 to 2016,and improved from imbalance and reluctant coordination to good coordination.The coupling coordination level of Baotou City has been in a relatively leading position,and Hohhot City has leaped to the top in 2016.Using spatial econometric model,the influence mechanism of each influencing factor on the coupling coordination degree is deeply excavated.Empirical research shows that the fitting effect of spatial Durbin model under the neighborhood weight is the best;the level of economic development,city size and transaction cost have the most significant impact on the coupling coordination degree of the two industries,among which the level of economic development,city size and coupling coordination degree are proportional,and transaction cost are the most significant.It is inversely proportional to the degree of coupling and coordination;in the spatial econometric analysis of the sub-industries,the agglomeration degree of information service industry,financial industry and real estate industry has a stronger impact on the level of coupling.
