Research On The Agglomeration Of Innovation Elementsand Its Ouput Effect In Hubao Yinyu Economic Zone

China's economy is facing the transition period from high-speed development to high-quality development.The key to achieve sustainable economic development is to develop innovation.Innovation Elements Agglomeration is a key factor to improve regional innovation capability,which is conducive to enhancing national independent innovation capability and international competition.Hubao Yinyu Economic Zone,as a typical resource-based economic zone needs to pay attention to the promotion of innovation capability.Transforming the input of innovation elements into the output of actual productivity forces is an guarantee for the realization of sustainable economic development.It is of great practical significance for the sustainable economic development of Hubao Yinyu Economic Zone to explore the Output Effect of different kinds of Innovation Elements Agglomeration.This paper analyzes the agglomeration level and Output Effect of Innovation Elements in Hubao Yinyu Economic Zone from both theoretical and empirical aspects.Theoretical analysis explains the mechanism of the impact of different types of Innovation Elements Agglomeration on output according to the framework of theoretical analysis.Firstly,combing the relevant literature to make a theoretical summary and construct a theoretical framework.Secondly,analyzing the output status and distribution of Innovation Elements in Hubao Yinyu Economic Zone.Thirdly,measuring the level of Innovation Elements Agglomeration in Hubao Yinyu Economic Zone by Entropy Method,and makes comparative analysis according to different years,regions and types of innovation factors.Fourthly,according to the theoretical analysis framework,empirically test the Output Effect of different types of Innovation Elements Agglomeration.According to the results of empirical study,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The distribution level of economic output and Innovation Elements in Hubao Yinyu Economic Zone is polarized,and the number of regional Innovation Elements with high economic output level is large.(2)There is a great difference in the level of Innovation Elements Agglomeration among the prefecture-level cities in Hubao Yinyu Economic Zone.And there are different types of Innovation Elements Agglomeration in different regions.(3)The Innovation Elements Agglomeration has obvious spatial effect.The Innovation Elements Agglomeration has an impact on the economy of surrounding areas through spatial spillover effect.(4)Innovation Elements Agglomeration of Management has a significant positive feedback on the Output Effect of local and surrounding areas.Innovation Elements Agglomeration of Capital and Innovation Elements Agglomeration of System Policy have significance negative feedback on the Output Effect of surrounding areas.(5)The opening of control variables to the outside world has significance positive feedback on the output of surrounding areas.The urbanization rate does not play a significance role in promoting the output.According to the above research conclusion,this paper divides the cities in Hubao Yinyu Economic Zone into three steps according to the level of Innovation Elements Agglomeration,and puts forward to corresponding policy suggestions.Hubao Yinyu Economic Zone should increase investment in innovation and find effective ways to promote the Output Effect.
