With the continuous improvement of urbanization rate and the continuous expansion of urban scale,the problems of increased natural resource consumption and resource depletion caused by pollutant discharge and environmental degradation are highlighted.The contradiction between the rapid development of urban demand and resource and environmental constraints is increasingly protruding.In recent years,research on resource and environmental carrying capacity has received much attention.The study of resource and environmental carrying capacity has been the basic research work of national land space planning.In the new development period,Da Xi'an was given the requirement of building a national central city and an international metropolis.Urban development faces many problems such as “low per capita arable land area,insufficient construction land area,low level of per capita water resources,and serious ecological and environmental problems”.It has a strong research value of resource and environmental carrying capacity.Based on this background,based on the analysis of the components,research methods and key issues of urban resource and environmental carrying capacity,this paper starts with the study of the relationship between urban resource and environmental carrying capacity and urban planning,and studies the urban development under the constraints of resources and environment.For the purpose of strategy,with the goal of sustainable development,using the balance of supply and demand method,ecological footprint method and national economic expenditure nuclear algorithm,the spatial scope of the Xi'an space is taken as the research object,and the land resource carrying capacity and water resources carrying capacity are measured.The single factor carrying capacity,such as force,ecological carrying capacity and economic carrying capacity,is based on the calculation results of single factor carrying capacity,and comprehensively measures the population size that can be carried by the resource and environmental carrying capacity of the Greater Xi'an city.To analyze the constraints of resources and environment for the development of urban development in Xi'an,and put forward the urban development strategy of Da Xi'an under the influence of urban resource and environmental carrying capacity.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.The carrying capacity of urban resources and environment refers to the premise of sustainable development.Within a foreseeable period of time,under certain technical conditions,within the scope of the city and its resources and environment,resources and the environment can support a certain life.The level of population and socioeconomic intensity.“ The core elements of its research include “land resource carrying capacity,water resources carrying capacity,ecological environmental carrying capacity and economic carrying capacity”.Among them,economic carrying capacity is the checking of resource and environmental carrying capacity,and it is the resource under the influence of human activities.A supplement to the study of environmental carrying capacity.2.According to the basic idea of scenario simulation,the supply and demand balance method,the ecological footprint method and the national economic expenditure nuclear algorithm are used to measure the “land resource carrying capacity,water resources carrying capacity,ecological environmental carrying capacity and economic carrying capacity” of Daxi'an.The size of each single factor bearing capacity in 2020 and 2030 will be obtained.Finally,according to the“ wooden barrel principle “ method,the population size of the resources and environmental carrying capacity of the city of Da'an will be comprehensively calculated.That is,by 2020,the population of the large Xi'an can be carried.157-76 million people,urban development is mainly restricted by “land resources,water resources“;by 2030,the population of large Xi'an can be1560-655 million people,urban development is mainly affected by “ ecological environment carrying capacity,water resources carrying capacity“ Restricted.3.In accordance with the constraints of the resources and environment of the Greater Xi'an,the urban development strategy of Da'an is proposed.The first is to determine the size of the population of the large Xi'an;the second is to propose a transformation method for the urban development model of the Greater Xi'an,that is,Da Xi'an should focus on improving the quality of urban development,changing the traditional way of resource utilization,and leading the development of the city with innovation;Based on the characteristics of resources and environment constraints and urban development,the urban functions of Daxi'an are determined.Fourthly,according to the development model and urban functions of the Great Xi'an,the specific path of urban development in Daxi is proposed,including industrial system optimization,construction of livable cities and protection.Specific recommendations on the ecological environment and other aspects.
