As knowledge-intensive,technology-intensive and talent-intensive enterprises,new high-tech enterprises have become the main driving force of national scientific and technological innovation at present.R&D personnel,as the first resource of enterprises,master the core technology of new high-tech enterprises and play an important role in the development and future of high-tech enterprises.For enterprises,they must attach great importance to motivate R&D personnel,construct and improve the incentive model for R&D personnel,fully mobilize the enthusiasm,initiative and innovation of R&D personnel,enhance the satisfaction of scientific and technological personnel,and promote the innovative development of high-tech enterprises.Under the guidance of incentive theory,this paper selects H high and new technology enterprise current R&D incentive mode as the specific research object on the basis of analyzing the related literature at home and abroad.Through questionnaire and face-to-face interviews,we probe into the enterprise to make serious investigation and study through in-depth communication and understanding between enterprises and R&D personnel which analyze and summarize H new high-tech enterprise existing problems and their causes under the current incentive pattern.At the same time,this paper conducts a study how to establish a scientific and efficient R&D personnel incentive model in new high-tech enterprise.It can put forward specific improvement measures and related safeguard measures and provide an important reference of decision-making for R&D personnel's incentive mechanism optimizing of H high-tech enterprises which is value of reference for other new high-tech enterprises. |
