With the arrival of knowledge economy era, knowledge has become the decisive factor of the success or failure of the development and competitiveness of a company. As carriers and creators of knowledge, intellectual employees have a significant impact for enterprises, especially high-tech enterprises. Motivating intellectual employees effectively has a great significance for the development of high-tech enterprises. Nowadays, there are many problems existed in our incentive mechanism of the intellectual employees, leading to knowledge staff turnover, lack of innovation and dynamic. Building a scientific and effective incentive mechanism to motivate intellectual employee, this is the key to enhance the innovation capability and competitiveness of high-tech enterprises.This thesis discussed the status and issues of the incentive methods of intellectual employees of high-tech enterprises in China, through literature researching, comparison and case studies. And then the author systematically put forward the procedure, methods and safeguards of how to establish an effective incentive mechanism to motivate intellectual employees. At last, the author draw some useful conclusions through cases study of Huawei, hoping that it can provide some reference for the work of incentive of knowledge workers.This thesis includes six chapters:Chapter 1, this part is an introduction which briefly introduced the background information, research purpose and significance of this paper.Chapter 2, this part gives the definition of intellectual employees and says something about its connotation. And it also discussed relevant basic theory of staff incentive.Chapter 3, this part analyzed the status and issues of the incentive methods of intellectual employees of high-tech enterprises profoundly.Chapter 4, this part concluded the incentive theory and incentive rules, and based upon these, constructs the incentive mechanism for intellectual employees of high-tech enterprises from four aspects, which are the payment incentive, works incentive, growth incentive and corporate culture incentive. It has proposed the basic security measures for implementation of the incentive mechanism.Chapter 5, this part takes the intellectual employees incentive mechanism of Huawei as example to carry out a case study.Chapter 6, this part pointed out the weak points and the parts where need further research.
