Reducing the number of poor people and improving the living standards of the poor groups is the central task of China's economic development and the goal of building a well-off society in 2020.How to promote the rapid increase of farmers' income,guide farmers to get rich,and consolidate the development of a good situation in agriculture and rural areas is a major challenge for governments at all levels.For the first time,the No.1 Document of the Central Committee will “ promote the development of rural e-commerce” for the first time,clarify the development purpose and direction of rural e-commerce,and highlight the importance and support of the country for rural e-commerce from a policy perspective.In recent years,with the strong promotion of national policies,the network sales of China's agricultural products increased from 50 billion yuan in 2013 to 300 billion yuan in 2018,an increase of 83%,and the number of online stores in rural areas reached 9.856 million,driving employment.The number of people exceeds 28 million.With the continuous development of e-commerce,excellent e-commerce models and e-commerce cases have been promoted and disseminated.Agricultural products e-commerce has become a new new path to achieve agricultural product sales,farmers' income,and agricultural stability,which can effectively achieve poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation for farmers in some poverty-stricken areas.So,in the end,how much can the agricultural products of the agricultural products increase the income of the farmers? What are the current influencing factors for agricultural products e-commerce in rural areas,especially in poor areas? And is this approach sustainable?Based on the above problems,the author takes Suichang as an example,through literature research,data collection and field research,combined with theoretical analysis and practical application,theoretical and empirical analysis of the economization of agricultural products in Suichang County.The main conclusions of this study are asfollows: First,with the help of gray prediction model and regression analysis,from the results,the per capita disposable income of farmers is positively correlated with the sales of agricultural products e-commerce network,and each unit of sales of agricultural products e-commerce network increases by one unit.The per capita disposable income of farmers will increase by 0.07 units.Second,Suichang County will play a role in saving,increasing income and empowering agricultural products,and promote local farmers to get rid of poverty and reduce poverty.Third: Suichang mode The local rural economic development has a high driving force and has been fully promoted in Zhejiang Province.Currently,it covers more than 14 million people in 18 provinces across the country and has high reproducibility.For Suichang County,under the current background of “Internet +” and the support of national policies,it is both imperative and imperative to carry out rural e-commerce.In the future,e-commerce in rural areas will increase farmers' income.The potential and effects of poverty reduction are enormous.Opportunities and challenges coexist in the development of e-commerce in Suichang County.In the future,in the course of development,we will give full play to the main role of e-commerce,strengthen the branding of agricultural products,optimize the industrial structure,and rationally allocate resources.Give full play to government functions,increase the development and support of e-commerce,mobilize the enthusiasm of the majority of farmers,and promote the stable and sustainable development of e-commerce economy.
