In recent years,with the continuous development of China's "Internet+" industry,its innovative achievements have been widely integrated into the economic and social construction,and people's lives have entered the electronic age.Among them,as one of the innovative achievements,electronic billing can not only improve service efficiency,but also save resources,protect the ecological environment and reduce carbon emissions have important practical significance.C company is the leading industrial Internet service provider in China,and its 139 mailbox has become the largest self-owned business of China Mobile users.In order to enhance the core competitiveness of the business,improve user stickiness and avoid user loss.C company decided to build a new e-billing project around 139 mailbox,and develop a set of intelligent mail delivery platform.After the completion of the platform,it will provide the service of e-billing push for China Mobile users.Because e-billing is a full-scale business,it needs not only cross-platform,cross-regional and multi-sectoral collaboration,but also continuous iteration to solve platform development,product integration,user experience and other issues.It is anticipated that a variety of challenges and risks will be encountered in the project process.Therefore,the implementation of risk management for the project will be a key factor for the success of the project.This paper takes the E-Bill Project of Company C as the research object.By using the theory and method of risk management,it carries out comprehensive risk management of the project,so as to improve the risk response ability of the project and ensure the success of the project.Firstly,this paper elaborates the research background and significance,research status at home and abroad,research objectives and contents,and introduces the concept,connotation,process and methods of risk management.Then,it combines C company and project background,competitive analysis,business status and existing problems to carry out project risk management planning.Then,risk identification and analysis are carried out according to the five stages of the project by using fishbone diagram and Delphi method.Then,based on the results of risk identification and analysis,the subjective scoring method and PFMEA method are used to evaluate the risk and put forward risk response strategies.Finally,the research results are summarized and the following conclusions are drawn: risk identification and analysis of the project from five stages(start-up,planning,implementation,operation and whole process)can control risk more comprehensively;among them,the subjective scoring method is used to evaluate seven types of overall risk(policy,market,technology,talent,system,demand and cooperation),and the overall wind of the project is obtained.Risk level is acceptable,among which demand risk has the highest risk weight.Fifty-two risk factors are evaluated by PFMEA method,and risk priority coefficient and risk grade are obtained,which are mainly divided into 6 first-level risks,10 second-level risks,36 third-level risks,and corresponding risk response strategies are formulated.Among them,first-level risks are mainly: management does not support,demand analysis is wrong,demand reversal.The main coping strategies are risk transfer and risk avoidance.
