The Research On Dynamic Quality Management Of New Product Project Based On QFD And PFMEA

"The twenty-first century is the century of quality".With the economic globalization and social development and progress,enterprises can win a place in the global competitive environment only when they attach importance to improving the ability and efficiency of product development process and respond quickly to market demand.QFD and PFMA are commonly used quality tools in product project management,among which QFD is used to identify customer needs,which is very important for synchronous design and development projects.Failure mode and consequence analysis of FMEA is used to prevent quality risks in product design and process design,in order to identify potential defects and take preventive measures in the initial stage of product formation.In this paper,the quality management of H company in the new product development project of automobile parts enterprise is taken as the research object.According to the quality planning,quality assurance in the project quality management,the analysis and discussion are carried out.This paper mainly studies the quality control of QFD and PFMA in new product project management by using literature analysis and case study.Firstly,the theories and implementation methods of project management,project quality management methods,quality system of automobile industry,QFD theory of quality function deployment,process failure mode and impact analysis PFMEA are summarized and summarized.Then,the basic situation of H company,the current situation and existing problems of new product project quality management are introduced,and on this basis,the product project management of H company A is taken as an example.The application of QFD and PFMEA in the quality planning of new product project is discussed in detail through the establishment of quality house and PFEA form.At the same time,in the implementation of quality assurance and quality control,the application of project process control process,door-to-door auditing method and statistical process control(SPC)method are used to analyze and effectively monitor the product quality of the project and take measures to improve it,Finally,the quality risk in the production process of enterprises is effectively reduced.
