Research On The Models Of Recycling Waste Products Under Government Premium And Penalty Mechanism

Accompany with the rapid development of economy, the negative effect caused by human activities becomes obvious. In order to balance socio-economic development and environment protection, foreign scholars have brought forward reverse logistic and closed-loop supply chain theory, In recent years, the government has also increased attention to environmental protection and the people’s livelihood, the use of incentive measures to promote enterprise to recycle waste products. The government’s policies affect the profit of manufacturers and retailers, also affect the long cooperation relationship. Considering the reality, combined with the idea of revenue management, considering the recovery of the three most common mode of recovery that manufacturers recovery, retailers recovery, third-party recovery, this paper studies the models of recycling waste products under government premium and penalty mechanism, with modeling quantitative analysis method.The main work of this paper is as follows:First, the closed-loop supply chain, the main models of the three recycle and the government incentives are reviewed, and the situation of research on this at home or broad are also reviewed, and find the limitation of the research. Basing on this, this paper finds the content and the meaning to study the models of recycling the waste products considering government premium and penalty mechanism.Second, the paper research the re-manufacturing waste products respectively, the manufacturer does decision-making on the wholesale price and the rate of callback products, the retailer defines the sale price and rate of callback products as decision-making variables, and develop a model based on the manufacturer and retail profit-maximization.When the recovery can not be re-manufactured goods, we established three recovery models by the profits of manufactures and retailers, by solving the models we can get the price, the recovery rate and the profits of every supply chain members, and we find the model which is responsible by retailer is the best recovery model. When the recycled materials can be re-made, we also establisher a number of recovery mode model, the final conclusion was similar to the previous chapter, but still very different in some targets.
