Along with urgency of competition among enterprises and change of business environment and, development of national economy, especially that enterprises are forced to transact 'five kinds of insurances' for each employee, cost on human resources in enterprises is becoming more and more, thus, cost control on human resources is turning into an important issue to be considered by enterprises operators and human resources management department in order to realize business goals. Starting with concept and structure of cost of human resources and combining with practice of human resource management, the author analyses each factor of cost of human resources and brings forward relevant measures of control. Basing on some experienced cases of management of cost control of human resources in some enterprises, the author provides some valuable reflection for reference. And finally, Grounding on management, management of human resources, finance and accountancy, finance and accountant theory of human resources, the author discusses cost control of human resources starting from practice of human resources management to make enterprises get benefit from effective cost control of human resources.
