Coupling Coordinated Development And Optimization Path Of Tourism Economy And Transportation

As an important part of tourism,it is of great significance to seek the balance and coordination of tourism economy and tourism traffic.Especially under the background of the in-depth development of supply-side structural reform,holistic tourism destination,the integration of tourism and traffic integration,it is particularly important to explore the coupling degree and coordination level between tourism economy and transportation,and promote coordinated development of them.This paper followes the main line of "theoretical basis;mechanism research;model construction;feature analysis;development prediction;optimization and adjustment",analyses the coupling development,coordinative optimization and Associated impact between tourism economy and transportation.Firstly,on the basis of defining relevant concepts and explaining relevant theories,analysing the coupling coordination mechanism of the two systems from three aspects: driving layer,evolutionary layer and feedback layer,finding that the evolution of tourism economic development and the evolution of transportation development have direct and indirect feedback effects;Secondly,basing on the analysis of the coupling and coordination relationship between the two systems,a total of 20 evaluation indexes for the comprehensive development of tourism economy and transportation were selected from the aspects of tourism market potential and traffic structure,etc.and a systematic development evaluation index system was established.Meanwhile,the evaluation model of system development,coupling development model,coupling coordination model,grey correlation degree model and GM(1,1)model are constructed.Taking Shaanxi Province as a case study,the evolution,lag,influencing factors and future trend of coupling development and coordination between tourism economy and transportation system are analyzed.Based on the empirical analysis of Shaanxi Province,from 2008 to 2017,the comprehensive development level of tourism economy and transportation in Shaanxi Province has experienced four stages: from low-level development to high-level development.For every 1% increase in the level of transportation development,the level of tourism economic development will increase by 1.79%.Tourism economic development is the Granger cause of transportation development;The degree of development of system coupling hovered between 0.4 and 0.6,and the level of coupling changed between antagonism and running-in.The degree of system coupling coordination showed a linear upward trend,rising from 0.25 to 0.63.At the primary stage of coordinated development,transportation gradually became a lag item of system coupling development and coordinated development.According to the prediction results,the degree of system coupling development will decrease to 0.5 in 2019,and then remain slowly rising,by 2023,it is expected that the degree of coupling development of the two systems will remain around 0.54,the level of coupling development will remain in running-in state,and the degree of coordination of system coupling will keep rising,reaching 0.93 in 2023,and the level of coordination will be high-quality coordination,but during the forecast period,transportation will always lag behind the development of tourism economy.In terms of influencing factors,tourism income contributes the most to the development of tourism economy and the number of passenger vehicles contributes the most to the development of transportation;tourists,domestic tourism revenue,civil aviation passenger traffic volume and civil aviation navigation mileage have the most significant impact on the evolution of the two systems;the number of travel agencies,foreign exchange income of tourism,road route mileage and number of passenger vehicles have the most significant impact on the coupling development of the two systems.Finally,according to the results of empirical analysis,in order to promote the coordination and optimization of tourism economy and transportation,it is determined that the main body of optimization is the local government and the object is the high-level coupling and coordination of the system.The main means and means are the formulation and implementation of policies related to tourism and transportation industry and the optimization of evaluation indicators.Based on this,we should formulate optimization paths from the mechanism of coupling development,the structure of coupling coordination and evolution,and the factors affecting coupling development.While perfecting the top-level design of tourism and transportation and realizing the synchronization of coordinated development,we should implement the strategy of advanced development of transportation,upgrade the level of industrial coupling,guide the integration of Tourism and transportation,and promote the diversification of cooperation modes.
