The exhibition economy has become a global hot topic.The exhibition industry is known as the emerging sunshine industry and has a strong industrial driving effect.It is also an important part of modern service industry and can promote commodity trade,investment cooperation,trade in services and high-level forums.The development and advancement of technology,culture and information exchange can bring considerable economic and social benefits.In the 21 st century,all countries in the world have a keen interest in vigorously developing exhibitions and are willing to arrange resources for this purpose.The Chinese exhibition is even more prominent and has played an important role in the political,economic,and social and cultural aspects of the country.According to the "2016 World Trade Fair Top 100 List" data,China has 20 seats,ranking second in the world.A new first-tier city in Hangzhou is developing the exhibition industry in an all-round way.In particular,the G20 Summit in 2016 has boosted the development engine of Hangzhou Convention and Exhibition.Hangzhou has been promoted to become one of the emerging exhibition cities,and vigorously developing the exhibition industry has become one of the positioning areas for Hangzhou’s urban development.In 2018,the government issued a series of safeguards.Among them,Hangzhou’s major enterprises are encouraged to actively join the exhibition industry.In recent years,the media industry,especially the urban media group,is facing unprecedented challenges.Hangzhou Cultural Radio and TV Group is constantly affected by the overall economic development of the country and the impact of the Internet media.Achieving transformation and upgrading is the only way for the group to fight for health.Due to the needs of the market and its own development,Hangzhou Culture,Radio and Television roup(Hangzhou Wenguang Group)has positioned the development of the exhibition industry as a new economic growth point for the Group since the G20 Summit.However,at present,Hangzhou Wenguang Group is facing great challenges in developing the exhibition industry.On the one hand,Wenguang Group has media resources,good government relations,rich performance resources,and a certain number of hotel properties.However,the overall development lacks strategic planning and lacks exhibition brands.The problems such as poor control ability of social channels and extremely lack of exhibition personnel have seriously affected the management development and competitiveness of Hangzhou Cultural Radio and TV Group’s layout exhibition industry.On the other hand,with the advent of the era of wisdom,Hangzhou Wenguang Group is currently involved in the service means,location,and scale of exhibition and exhibition.It is far from meeting the needs of market competition and business,and the existing advantages of communication and cultural products have not fully played their role.Therefore,the development planning,innovation and differentiated competition of the existing convention and exhibition are urgent.At present,the city media group has faced desperate circumstances,looking for special growth points,and then layout exhibition and other industries are some of the Nirvana that peers are pushing.The Hangzhou Cultural Radio and TV Group responded positively to the strong call of the municipal party committee and the municipal government,summed up the development path of the sister enterprises,and put forward the differentiated development strategy of Wenguang Group entering the exhibition.The central idea is to integrate the advantages of the group and design a new brand,new service,and new means of "media + exhibition".In addition,the effective guarantee mechanism is also the guarantee for the long-term development of the exhibition business of Wenguang Group,especially the strengthening of talent construction,which will become a strong guarantee for Hangzhou Wenguang Group to quickly strengthen and expand.This paper is divided into eight parts: The first part,introduction,mainly discusses the background,purpose,significance,content and thought of the research.The second part,literature review,domestic and foreign exhibition industry status quo.The third part,the status quo and development direction of Hangzhou Convention and Exhibition Industry.The fourth part,the SWOT analysis of Hangzhou Wenguang Group’s development of exhibition business,internal and external environment analysis,industry environment analysis,politics,economy,and other aspects of analysis and comparison.The fifth part,the domestic media group to develop several modes of exhibition.The sixth part is the differentiated development strategy of Hangzhou Culture Radio and TV Group.The seventh part,the implementation of Hangzhou Wenguang Group differentiated development strategy of the safeguard mechanism.Part VIII,Conclusions.
