With the deepening of economic globalization, the competition between enterprises becomes more and more competition among talents, in order to achieve the dominant position in the competition, must have a strong talent support as a backing, therefore,enterprises in the human resources department plays an important role, its relationship with the use of human capital and cooperation. In this paper, JN radio and television as the research object, the problem of human resources management in the state-owned enterprises, especially the salary management content to explore, and generally in the restructuring of institutions under the background of salary management research under the background of reform is particularly important. Reasonable salary incentive system is the key to improve the vitality of enterprises and management efficiency.According to the situation of human resource management of JN broadcasting,make use of the related theories about compensation management, the research of JN radio on the restructuring of the problem of employee salary, salary management status analysis of JN broadcasting, summed up the main problems existing in salary management, and explore the main reasons of this situation, starting from restructuring JN broadcasting compensation management problems, put forward a reasonable incentive measures, so as to improve the enthusiasm and initiative of employees.This article mainly aims at the question of salary in the reform of JN radio and television. This paper mainly presents the research on compensation management of JN radio and television in the background, and the main significance of the research, the general situation of the JN broadcasting and introduces, analyzes the status quo and problems of JN radio and television pay face at present, the main problems of compensation proposed from JN broadcasting compensation management present situation, in view of the existing related salary management in terms of the proposed problems, re optimize the construction of the salary system of JN radio and television,radio and television should first put forward JN construct scientific management ideas,relying on compensation system design to broaden the channels of communication performance,and establish a scientific salary appraisal system.
