Study On The Achievements,Problems And Countermeasures Of Technology Development And Extension System Of Citrus Industry In Pujiang County

Citrus fruit trees have a long history of planting in China.Whether it is its fruit or processed products,it is one of the common consumer goods in people's daily life.Itforms a unique citrus industry,which promotes the adjustment of China's industrial structure,and increases the income of farmers.According to statistics,the total output of citrus in China was only 8.783 million tons in 2000,but it increased rapidly to 36.601 million tons in 2015,and the increase rate was 316.72%.In 2016,the citrus output in Sichuan Province was as high as 4.01 million tons.The area and output of citrus cultivation in Sichuan Province accounted for 11.2% and 11.4% of the national total.Pujiang County is one of the important production areas of citrus in China.The research on citrus industry technology R&D(research and development)and extension services in Pujiang County can provide advice for the sustainable development of citrus industry in Pujiang andreference for the development of citrus industry in other regions.This paper collects,organizes and collates the literature on R&D and promotion of citrus industry technology at home and abroad,and conducts research and interviews on Pujiang County Agriculture and Forestry Bureau,Pujiang County Ugly Orange Industry Association,citrus enterprises and growers.Technological innovation theory and the spread of agricultural innovation.Principles,the theory of agricultural scientific and technological achievements transformation,and other five conclusions of the development of citrus industry in Pujiang County:(1)Pujiang County financial aid guidance system provides financial support for research and development and promotion;(2)Implementation of research and development main body cultivation actions strengthen citrus The dominant force in research and development.The association plays a huge role,but the leading companies are not enough.(3)Establishing scientific and technological R&D and promotion talents by increasing the training of scientific and technological talents,but the quality of personnel is not high and the losses are serious;through the introduction of varieties,the proportion of high-quality citrus varieties suitable for Pujiang has been improved,but the application of supporting cultivation techniques is still Not enough;(5)Through the innovation of technology promotion model,a more perfect promotion system has been established.Finally,this paper puts forward five suggestions for the research and development and promotion of citrus industry technology in Pujiang County: First,strengthen the cultivation of leading enterprises,enhance the core strength of citrus technology research and development and promotion;Second,strengthen personnel training and build stable citrus technology research and development and promotion talents.The third is to strengthen training and education to enhance the quality of citrus technology promotion practitioners;The fourth is to strengthen infrastructure construction and improve the production and living conditions of scientific research and extension personnel;The fifth is to improve the application rate of new citrus technology and improve the quality and yield of citrus..
