With the quick development pace of international economy,domestic enterprise especially the large manufacturing ones are facing more and more intese competition.Most them are improve their management by scientifically and leaningly to keep the comparative advantage.The theory of supply chain management which beginning since last 80's is just adapting the needs.Therefor,it's more and more popular for different kinds of company to learn and use the supply chain management.This paper just comes from the real needs for the company A which mainly supply power generation equipment.Because there are not enough research methods or cases about the purchasing parts with differents types and high technical requirments but low purchasing quantity,based on some references,this paper just takes the valve's purchasing as the example,put the emphasis on purchasing synergy optimization by combining the practical application environment to improve the purchasing efficiency and control the cost.After described the concept,principle and organization structure of supply chain synergy,the paper make the cost model of the supply chain just based on Experience Curve method.Then OFD has been used to transfer kinds of purchasing needs into the detail fulfillment conditions and sort the key points about the valve's purchasing and management.And the technical and delivery synergy have been sorted as the key points of valve suppliy chain synergy finally.At the last of the paper,through the process optimization plus the technical agreement tracking system and delivery time calculate and judgement system's bulding,the valve's supply chain synergy finally achived and get the very good result based on the detail data's comparation.
