Today,with the continuous development of China's high-tech manufacturing industry,the competition is fiercer and fiercer.In order to enable enterprises to grasp the priority in the competition,it is the right path to help improve the efficiency of internal management by setting up a corresponding level of information system,and to maintain the competitiveness of the industry.This thesis focused on the two main factors of project management: the research and application of project schedule management and project quality management.Applying project management knowledge system,comprehensive study and analysis is conducted on P project from T company.In the project management,WBS work breakdown structure,Gantt chart,CPM/PERT and other methods are applied to make progress planning;Control the schedule of the project with Earned Value method;summarize and analyze the difficulties of IT project schedule management.Use Markov chain to build statistical model to predict the selection of Critical Paths.Applying tools and methods for quality management of IT projects,such as project workflow evaluation,various tests are used towards different requirements for different stages of the project,including integration testing.Analysis of the principle of quality cost is conducted and applied in this project,the use of PDCA method to improve the quality of the project,so that the quality control system in the actual implementation is not a mere formality,that is,to ensure the project quality and quantity to run on time.After the implementation of P project and refer to project management theory and the actual situation of T enterprise,summarized the methods and achievements of schedule and quality management.This standard mode can be the good reference for T enterprise in future construction of other IT system and help T enterprise to increase the success possibility of information project implementation.In addition,this research result can be the reference for internal process rebuilding for high-tech manufacturing enterprises.
