| With the continuous breakthrough of information technology,the communication industry has entered a rapid development cycle.As a national high-tech enterprise,JH has always been committed to becoming the top integrated service provider in the communications industry,and its business has covered 27 provinces(municipalities)autonomous regions.However,along with the rapid development of the business,the drawbacks of the original performance appraisal method of the JH communication engineering project team are more and more prominent,mainly because the source of the assessment data is not clear,and the content of the evaluation object and the content of the assessment are difficult to confirm.Now it has hindered the company’s development to a deeper level.The traditional performance appraisal obviously can’t solve these problems,and it can’t stimulate the team members’ work enthusiasm,improve the project team’s work efficiency,and achieve the project goal.This paper uses the game theory system,refers to the relevant theoretical knowledge of performance appraisal in project management,combines the status quo of JH company communication engineering project performance appraisal,establishes a game theory model,conducts in-depth analysis,and optimizes the evaluation object,assessment data source and assessment content.Opinions,and optimize the assessment indicators,modify the weight of indicators,and develop an assessment process.Combined with the specific practical application data,the comparative analysis of the effects before and after the optimization proves that the new performance appraisal system based on game theory can effectively work on the JH communication engineering project team,which improves the delivery efficiency of the project team and reduces the delivery cost.Enhance JH’s competitiveness in the communications industry.At the same time,it provides a way of thinking and methods for performance appraisal in project management of domestic related enterprises. |
