Study And Application Of Communication Performance Appraisal In Complete Lifecycle Of Information Technology Project

The method of project management has played a key role in building information system by systemic theories and tools. Among the areas of project management, the communication management is essential throughout the lifecycle of project. Therefore the study of the communication performance has been put to the critical position.The paper firstly analyzed and summarized the theories of the communication management, models and methods, and then studied the evaluation of communication performance throughout the lifecycle of the information technology project. Based on these studies, the paper finally brought forward the principle, indices and methods for evaluation of the communication performance, the strategy for improving the communication performance in six aspects, which can help informatization project better assessing the communication performance and improving communication efficiency.
