H company has worked in the field of connector for more than thirty years,and has a highly vertical integrated precision manufacturing system which combines stamping,molding,electroplating,cable release and assembly.In recent years,policy adjustments,rising costs and escalating consumer demand have brought great pressure to H company.At the same time,the product quality of the manufacturers of Li Xun precision,GoerTek acoustics,Foxlink and other connector manufacturers is gradually narrowing,and even some of the quality of the products has surpassed the H company.The enhancement of the competitiveness of competitors has resulted in the encroachment of the market share of H company and brought a shock to H company.Therefore,if the company wanted to reverse the situation and change the situation must take active and effective measures to formulate corresponding quality strategy according to the internal and external environment of the company and the existing resources,so as to continuously improve the competitiveness of the enterprise product,and make the enterprise regain its competitive advantage and stand in an invincible position.This paper is based on the elaboration and analysis of related theories of quality strategy of quality strategy management,which analysis the current situation of H company is based on the strategy analysis,formulate,implement and control security steps,adopt PEST analysis method,five force model analysis,threaten-opportunity-weakness-advantage(SWOT)matrix and so on analysis methods with tools to systematic analysis internal environment and external environment of the company.And on this basis,using quantitative strategic planning matrix(QSPM)to analysis on the strategy choice and realization route of H company.At the end making the quality development strategy of H company,that is to produce the highest quality product within customer demand which use moderate quality cost.Help establish implementation measures of quality strategy about strengthen the quality management of the research and development process,the product process quality improvement activities in the form of special project,the overall cost awareness,the overall quality culture,and the proper authorization for the quality department etc.are formulated for the company,and from the introduction of advanced information control system,reasonable human resources management,quality system guarantee,incentive mechanism establishment,the introduction of the third party audit process and other aspects as the safeguard measures for the implementation of the strategy of H company.All these suggestions and measures can effectively guarantee the sustainable and healthy development of H company.
