The beauty industry belong to the tertiary industry, namely the service sector. The service industry has its own characteristics, compared with the manufacturing industry, the service sector intangible as well as production and consumption characteristics simultaneously. E beauty company as the research object reference to industry development and E Beauty Company internal analysis of the data, for the special service industry background, characteristics of services as the focus, and the use of the theory and practice of the combination, the combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods, focus on the status of competition in the industry, the opportunities, challenges and service competition of ideas, corporate positioning.In this paper, first of all the beauty services industry background research and analysis.Secondly, competition in the beauty industry analysis, and analysis of the state of affecting the development of the company’s competitors, market share, competitive threats.Third, through the analysis of the competitive environment, the proposed competitive strategy of enterprise services, and the nature of the service, quality, market positioning, product positioning, brand positioning, marketing strategy and programs are discussed.Fourth, comprehensive analysis and outlook for the operation and development of the enterprise. And get the idea of strategic research as beauty services enterprise development.This paper is divided into six parts. The first part is an introduction, describes the background to the study, the purpose and significance of the research data sets and data research methodology. The second part describes the current development status of the beauty industry, macro analysis on different markets. The third part introduces the E beauty company and its environment PEST model analysis. Part IV E beauty company’s key internal and external environment. The fifth part is the analysis and selection of E beauty company strategy. The sixth part of the risks that may be encountered in the implementation of the strategy of the E beauty company, and how to avoid.
