We can enhance the product's quality, and improve the competitive capability indeed. Further more, the 6sigma manage method can greatly increase the enterprise's profitability.Firstly, researchs the development history of the quality management and the basic principle of 6sigma, which includes its origination, methodology, program, useful tools often employed and characteristics.Next, analyzes the foundation and application of the traditional quality management sysytem in computer connector, which includes the quality control of the development of the new and the mass-produced products. This kind of management framework remains its'problem and insufficiency for rapid market.In order to enhance producing capability of computer connector, the company urgently needs a better quality management method for the connector's mass production. Therefore, studies the establishment and application of the 6sigma management system in computer connector, and it brings forward the whole concept and management method of the application of 6sigma.Finally, based on the 6sigma theory, the connector DMAIC model is set up through the example of DDR AS series connector, and provides a sample for improving computer connector's process, it can also prove the 6 sigma theory is a effective method to solve problems of computer connector.
