Intensive Utilization Of Urban Construction Land In Heilongjiang Province

The country's specific national conditions in land use are more people and less land,which also determines the long-term nature of the contradiction between land supply and demand.At present,the land for urban construction in Heilongjiang Province has a certain degree of blindness,lacks a reasonable planning for land use for construction,the structure of urban land use is not reasonable,the efficiency of land use is low,and the degree of intensive use of land for construction purposes is not high.The change in the utilization of land for urban construction is not high,and the waste of land resources for construction use is urgently needed.Research on the intensive utilization of land for urban construction needs to be strengthened in order to realize the scientific utilization of land resources and achieve sustainable development.Therefore,in the course of realizing the intensive use of urban land resources in Heilongjiang Province,in the course of realizing the transition from the extensive use model of urban construction land to the intensive use model,the present situation of the use of land for urban construction in Heilongjiang Province has been analyzed in depth.The problems and their causes,and suggestions for improving the intensive use of construction land with high operability and pertinence,are important for promoting the efficient and intensive use of urban construction land,actively transforming urban land use patterns,and promoting sustainable economic and social development practical significance.This article first introduced the current situation of land use in Heilongjiang Province,and then established an evaluation system for the intensive use of urban construction land in Heilongjiang Province.Then based on the established evaluation system,the degree of intensive use of urban construction land in Heilongjiang Province was analyzed and the main problems existed.The scores of intensive use of urban construction land in Heilongjiang Province from 2010 to 2016 were scored.Based on the present situation and quantitative calculation of the intensive use of urban construction land in Heilongjiang Province,the main problems in the use of land for urban construction in Heilongjiang Province are analyzed.The main problems include: the level of intensive use of urbanconstruction land is low,and the supervision measures for the intensive use of construction land are not in place,the construction land allocation is inconsistent with the actual land use requirements.Based on the above research results,the reasons for the problems in the intensive use of urban construction land in Heilongjiang Province are analyzed.The main reasons include: the management system of urban construction land is not in place,supervision and management of urban construction land are not in place,and the awareness of intensive use of urban construction land is relatively weak macro-control of urban construction land.Finally,this paper discusses the countermeasures to improve the intensive use of urban construction land in Heilongjiang Province.Analyzes the countermeasures for perfecting the intensive use of urban construction land in Heilongjiang Province,including: improving the management system for the intensive use of urban construction land,strengthening the supervision of the intensive use of urban construction land,increasing the ideological awareness of the intensive use of urban construction land,and creating a good Intensive use of urban construction land environment.This paper draws on the model of land use in typical foreign countries and its implications for China,mainly including land use patterns in the United States,Japan,and France.It hopes to provide some help and reference for the study of the intensive use of urban construction land in Heilongjiang Province.
