In recent years,leisure tourism has become one of the hottes spots of consumption and continued growing as an important basis for the development of tourism.Hotel industry provid customers with accommodation,catering,transportation and other services.However,traditional performance management cannot adapt to the development of Hotel industry of competitive hotel market and rapidly changing environment.Therefore,it is important for Hotel industry to improve the performance management system to enhance its core competitiveness and strategic development.As a widely used performance management tool,BSC has a significant guiding function in the construction of performance management system.This paper paper focuses on building the performance management system of jinjiang international hotel in Shanghai which based on BSC by using analytic hierarchy process.To begin with,the paper expounds the concept of BSC and its application in international hotel performance management.And further analyzes the feasibility of applying BSC in China's hotel industry.Secondly,the existing problems are analyzed with the current performance management methods of jinjiang international hotel in Shanghai.Then,the performance management system of jinjiang international hotel based on BSC is established with the method of AHP.And it includes four dimensions.In the end,suggestions based on the successful application of BSC in Hilton Hotel and the existing problems in performance management of jinjiang international hotel are proposed in this paper.The performance management system of jinjiang international hotel based on BSC has following advantages,it can reasonably evaluate the management quality of the hotel,strengthen the customer's supervision,and restrain the decision-making and behavior of the hotel management.On the other hand,it can promote the construction of the scientific management system of jinjiang international hotel in Shanghai and provide reference for Hotel industry to build the performance management system based on BSC.
