The supply chain network for complex products has the characteristics of long service chain,numerous services,and complex relationship between services.It is a typical complex network.The complex network has a large scale.It is difficult for a single node to control the state of the global service node associated with itself,and only obtain the state of the node on the minority service chain centered on itself.Therefore,when a node in the supply chain network fails,the network is prone to cascade failure,resulting in lower customer satisfaction,economic loss,and even damage to corporate reputation.This thesis comprehensively analyzes the actual production background for complex products,and studies the evolution process model and cascade failure model for complex product supply chain networks.The specific work is as follows:(1)The thesis establishes a model of supply chain network evolution process considering self-growth and internal evolution.The supply chain networks with different customization levels have different topologies,and the networks under different structures have different robust performances.This paper establishes a supply chain network considering self-growth and internal evolution by extracting the characteristics of the formation process of the supply chain network.The structural model and design simulation experiments provide some theories and methods for determining the topology characteristics of the supply chain network,and provide a solid foundation for analyzing the dynamic failure propagation process of the supply chain network.(2)The thesis establishes a supply chain network cascade failure model considering underload faults.Aiming at the cascading failure caused by underload fault in the supply chain network,this thesis establishes a supply chain network cascade failure model considering underload fault,and the parallel process of the actual production process is embodied in the load redistribution strategy.And through the load redistribution strategy,the failure load is passed on to the replacement node to improve the robustness of the network.Finally,by adjusting the network parameters,the robustness of the supply chain network is relatively good.The research shows that the load adjustable parameter A will affect the robustness of the network,and the service load in the supply chain network should be kept within a reasonable range.The node capacity parameter b can effectively alleviate the network cascade failure,which is related to the capacity redundancy of the service.Substitute node parameter C will reduce the robustness of the network.Therefore,the network scale should be expanded as much as possible,and various services should be actively accommodated in the network to improve the ability of the network to resist cascading failure.The cascade failure model proposed in this thesis can effectively reflect the cascade failure process in the actual manufacturing service network,and provide reference for the development of cloud manufacturing network cascade defense mechanism and strategy.
