Commercial banking system is the core representative of China's financial system,and its development is closely related to the development of China's financial system.Chinese commercial Banks have formed an inseparable relationship with risk control.Therefore,how to effectively control the credit risk of mortgage loans and establish A set of highly operational credit risk management system plays A crucial role for bank A.Bank A Henan branch(hereinafter referred to as "bank A"),through the recent real estate loan credit risk faced by bank A.Through the longitudinal comparison of bank A's recent mortgage credit risk data and indicators.The data and indicators of real estate loans of commercial Banks were compared horizontally,various problems in the credit risk management of the bank were summarized,and the underlying causes of these credit risks of bank A were summarized,and the necessity of strengthening the risk management of the bank was expounded.Secondly,based on the characteristics of bank A's Henan branch,this paper proposes how to improve its credit risk management,liquidity management and interest rate risk management ability.Through empirical analysis,qualitative and quantitative methods and systematic analysis,this paper comprehensively evaluates the overall real estate loan of bank A and the problems it faces.This paper comprehensively and comprehensively analyzes the credit risk assessment of real estate loans of commercial Banks represented by bank A.Through the aspects of system optimization,tool integration and talent development and introduction management,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and systems that are helpful for bank A to improve its real estate credit risk management ability,and further understands the credit risk tourists of commercial Banks.The study in this paper can help the bank to understand its operation status,financial status and credit status,discover potential financial risks in time,especially the real estate loan risks,master the means to resolve risks,and minimize the losses caused by credit risks.
