With the continuous advancement of economic globalization,the social division of labor is more and more thin,the market competition unit has gradually evolved from the enterprise to the supply chain,and enterprises began to pay attention to their own supply chain as a whole competitiveness.But the members of the supply chain are independent economic entities,with their own different or even contrary to the management objectives,making the supply chain is not fully shared information and games and so on.Therefore,how to achieve supply chain negotiation scheduling is very important to enterprises under the condition that the target is different and the information is not fully shared.In addition,the uncertainty of the market gradually increased,customers increase or cancel orders often occur,within the enterprise is also often face disturbance events such as equipment maintenance and so on.So how to deal with the disturbance events reasonably and effectively,reduce the interference events to the influence of the whole supply chain has important theoretical and practical significance.Based on the interference management from operation layer manufacturing supply chain negotiation scheduling problem is studied,and the main research contents are as follows:For the problem of the supply chain scheduling caused by the disturbance of the manufacturer on the incomplete information sharing manufacturing supply chain,this paper constructs a manufacturing supply chain disruption management negotiation scheduling model based on the manufacturer’s multi-objective perturbation repair scheme and compensation coordination way.Based on this model,a local search mechanism combining hierarchical optimization strategy and multi-neighborhood search is designed.A hybrid solution algorithm HDMNS is proposed,and a multi-objective processing strategy based on non-inferior solution evaluation and stochastic weight evaluation is introduced in the iterative process.The numerical experiments show that the HDMNS algorithm proposed in this paper is effective for solving such discrete problems.For the rescheduling problem caused by multi disturbance concurrency of the manufacturer’s flexible no wait flow shop on the manufacturing supply chain,this paper constructs an disruption management scheduling model which takes into account the manufacturer’s cost index and customer satisfaction index.Based on this model,combining the global optimization improvement strategy based on Gaussian mutation and the local search mechanism based on stochastic neighborhood structure,a hybrid particle swarm optimization algorithm GPSOS is proposed.The experimental results show that the GPSOS algorithm is effective for solving such NP-hard problems.
