As the economy has developed rapidly, job opportunities are increasing, the rate of turnover is quickened. In the early 20th century's,scholars of west had began to study this phenomenon, and then offered many models for explaining and analyzing turnover.It is just a start for us to study turnover of emplyees, many of the study of our country are qualitative research, the quantitative study are less in the basis of chinese human resource management,there is nearly no model about turnover in China. Based on quantitative analysis we can get the key factors,which influence turnover tendency of empoyees.This will be a good guider for human resource management.The antecedent variables of turnover tendency are internal business factors, external factors and personel factors. For corporations, they cannot control the external factors to quit, so it is best to set perfect motivation system and then minimize the affection of these factors. Based on the home and abroad turnover theory and human resource management theory, investigate stuff's satisfaction for their companies incentive system,if they want to leave the company, and then anlysis the relationship between turnover and incentive system. From the incentive system of existing enterprises, form the original questionnaire and then get the ultimate questionnaire. Classify and analysis it to get the data we wanted. The survey involved 99 participants.Using spss16.0 for the survey to conducted its correlations tests and regression, then find the key question and establish regression model. Through study, the paper to draw the following conclusions:pay and distribution equality, procedure equality, working conditions, work load,work diverity,work qualification,internal support for enterprise, employees professional growth have significant correlation to turnover tendency,role definite has certain influence on turnover tendency.The result of order is work diverity, pay and distribution equality, work load, work conditions, internal support for enterprise, employees professional growth, role definite.
